I started ZRG because I was tired of watching local owners get burned. Big agencies overcharge, underdeliver, and hide behind words nobody outside their office uses. A restaurant in Pompano does not need a "brand ecosystem strategy." It needs more tables on Tuesday night. So I built ZRG to be the opposite of all that.
